| Description: | Our professional service and maintenance shop is headed up by one of the best and nicest mechanics you’ll ever meet. John Palmer came on board with Sutton Tractor in 1998, and is one of the finest additions that we have ever made. He not only has the “magic touch” when it comes to service work, but can also seem to find about any location in the state with the worst directions possible. We also have six additional full time mechanics on staff who will get your maintenance completed and returned to you in the quickest possible time (our average turn around time on service work is 3 days). We offer pick up and delivery on tractor service any where in the state. We used to offer this service free on warranty work, but due to the cost of fuel we have had to begin charging a $50 trip charge. We charge this, however, just one time. If the problem requires us to bring the unit back to our shop and then back to you, you will only be charged this $50 one time, NOT each way. It is our goal is to provide the highest quality service work in the industry and with the mechanics that we employ that goal is easy to meet. We hope that you never need to use our service department on the equipment that you purchase from us, but if you do you can be sure of the highest quality work at a fair and honest price. |
